Damaged parcel or delivery incident
If your parcel has been damaged or has not been delivered correctly, please contact our customer service department as soon as possible. We will organize a new shipment as soon as possible.
Overdue pick-up at collection point
If you are unable to collect your order in time and it is returned to us, we will offer you reshipment as soon as it arrives at our workshop.
If this is convenient for you, please confirm your delivery address with customer service. If you prefer a refund, please let us know and we will cancel your order within 10 days of receipt of your package.
