Your parcel is indicated as delivered, but you haven't received anything?
We'd like to reassure you: it occasionally happens that the carrier indicates a parcel as “delivered” even though it's not actually delivered until the following day, or even the next working day. It is also possible that your order has been given to a neighbor, your guardian or delivered to a local shop.
We invite you to check with your neighbors and go to the nearest post office with your ID.
If your parcel cannot be found after 48 hours, we invite you to open an inquiry with the carrier and contact our customer service department.
