Simplified returns

You have 30 days to return all or part of your order if you change your mind. We will refund your order, using the original method of payment, upon receipt of your package.

1- Prepare your parcel: your products must be intact, unopened and in their original packaging. Free gifts must also be returned if the remaining amount of your order no longer meets the conditions of the offer.

To facilitate identification of your parcel, we recommend that you complete our returns form and enclose it with your parcel:

2- Send your parcel: drop it off at the post office of your choice and send it to our workshop:

We recommend that you choose a method of transport with a tracking number, and that you keep your proof of delivery. Without these elements, we will not be able to accept any claim. You are responsible for return shipping costs.

3- Refunds: on receipt of your package, we will check it and refund you within 10 days. Our customer service team will confirm your refund by e-mail.
